• Simply Chocolate -Rich chocolate cake, filled with chocolate mousse, frosted with chocolate ganache.
• Rhapsody - Rich chocolate cake, filled with chocolate mousse, frosted with chocolate ganache and topped with a raspberry puree
• Turtle - Chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse, frosted with chocolate ganache and topped with toasted pecans and homemade caramel
• Chocolate Overload - Same as our delicious Simply Chocolate, with the addition of white and dark chocolate chunks and topped with white chocolate buttercream
• Chocolate Peanut Butter - Chocolate cake filled with our rich peanut butter mousse, frosted with chocolate ganache
• Chocolate Bavarian - Chocolate cake with vanilla bavarian cream filling, frosted with rich chocolate ganache
• Chocolate Marble - Swirls of chocolate and vanilla cake filled with chocolate mousse or vanilla custard, frosted in either rich chocolate ganache or buttercream
• Cookies-n-Cream - Cookies baked into vanilla butter cake, layered with chocolate mousse and whipped cream, frosted in chocolate ganache
• Red Velvet - Traditional red velvet cake with our signature cream cheese filling and frosting
• Tiramisu - Sponge cake infused with a coffee and rum syrup, layered with our creamy tiramisu filling, frosted in chocolate ganache
• Simply Vanilla - Vanilla butter cake filled with vanilla pastry cream, frosted with buttercream *Try it with a fruit puree topping!
• Raspberry Champagne - Champagne chiffon cake filled with raspberry mousse and topped with raspberry puree *Try strawberry or mango!
• Coconut Cream - Vanilla butter cake filled with coconut custard, frosted in buttercream and covered with coconut flakes
• Lemon Cloud - Light lemon chiffon cake filled with lemon mousse and topped with lemon curd *Try topping with raspberry or blueberry!
• Carrot or Banana - Moist cake with our fluffy cream cheese filling and frosting
